Low-cost slope inclination observation solution for detecting landslides.

Using the new wireless communication technology "LoRaWAN" and the latest sensor devices, monitor slopes and inclines and record measurement data.

Information from slope sensors installed on slopes and inclined surfaces is collected via the "LoRaWAN network," a new wireless communication technology, and sent to a cloud data center. This allows for monitoring the status of each sensor from a computer or smartphone, reducing the burden of patrol duties. Additionally, in the event of rainfall or earthquakes that pose a risk of slope failure, alerts are immediately sent to the administrator, enabling quick decision-making from a safe location without the need to visit the site directly. Furthermore, to capture changes in the slope comprehensively, it is necessary to install a large number of multi-point (scatter-type) sensors on the slope. By leveraging the procurement network that Greenhouse has developed over many years, we have achieved practical accuracy and the functionalities required by many operators while reducing total cost of ownership (TCO). In addition to monitoring slope failures, it is also possible to download measurement values, making it useful as documentation and deliverables for routine inspections, such as ground inspection logs and weather observation records. *We offer a cloud service that allows you to monitor sensor information from a dedicated site. Case Study of Wireless Tilt Monitoring System Implementation - UDIK Co., Ltd.

For the safe monitoring of underground drainage channels! Introduction of a system that enables constant remote monitoring and alerts during abnormal situations.

We would like to introduce a case where a "Wireless Tilt Monitoring System" was implemented for the safety management of workers operating within the water discharge channel, in collaboration with UDIK Co., Ltd. We faced challenges with other companies' tilt meters, which could not be monitored remotely, and there were concerns about the introduction costs, such as preparing a power supply to operate the tilt meters. By keeping the introduction costs low, we were able to quickly set up the equipment and establish a system to protect the safety of workers operating within the water discharge channel. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - The introduction costs of equipment at the site were burdensome. ■ Benefits of Implementation - Achieved safety management of the water discharge channel and remote monitoring of the stop boards with easy installation and low costs through wireless technology. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
